I had been a metalsmith for 15 years before being introduced to metal clay. Though not completely converted, I specialize in teaching and making metal clay jewelry, mainly because of my passion for textures.I have been experimenting with metal clay ever since it showed up in the US market, and recently I have been able to assemble the fruits of my experimentation into a book: The Handbook of Metal Clay: Textures and Forms.
