Groovy Anywhere Tool

I just finished a small quantity of ‘Groovy-Anywhere’ Tool and
Clamps. A number of the Orchid people purchased the former Groovy
Tool and I just wanted to let them know at an improved model.
Developed by a Snag and Orchi d member - John Burton - Silversmith
and Electro-Mechanical Engineer.

Burton Design announces the NEW 8CGROOVY-ANYWHERE TOOL and CLAMP.
This redesigned tool will permit a cut to be made anywhere on
a sheet of metal. It is an innovative accessory to the
flexible shaft machine. Th e purpose of the tool, is to cut precision
90 and 60 deg. grooves in flat metal, to permit bending with a
small external radius. Box, frame, and jewelry makers, will be
pleased at the ease of use, replacing time consuming gravers and
files. Pleating and folding can also be achieved. Th e 90 deg. is for
right angle bends, and the 60 deg. allows120 deg. bends for hexagonal
shapes. The tool covers the range of 26 to 14 metal gages and is
easily adjusted. Carbide cutters are used for long life, and the
tool utilizes a sealed ball bearing to run along the cutting
guide of the clamp. The 3/16 tool shank is designed to be used with
the Foredom #30 Jacobs chuck, or #44 collet chuck. A companion clamp
has been designed which permits a starting cut and one or more
finishing cuts. The clamp will handle 1-8 sheet. For an
