I was wondering if anyone knew of a supplier of green gold filled
wire or sheet. I’ve seen quite a few pieces of vintage jewelry and
watches that were green gold filled but I have yet to find a company
that make wire or sheet. If anyone knows of a supplier please let me
know, or even a supplier who could produce some on a custom basis.
I’ve tried a few places (gsgold, hauser andmiller) and have struck
out so far. Even with the prices of gold cheaper now than they’ve
been in quite some time, its still to expensive for my tinkering
purposes at the moment. Gold plating would wear out to fast to make
it useful to me. Any direction would be amazing.
