The best appears to be an annual fall meeting of the Southern Ohio
Forge and Anvil group. It also helps to let everyone you know that
you are looking....sort of an "Oh, by the way..I am looking for..."
There’s a big meet every year around Seattle, WA and one somewhere in
New Mexico that I’ve heard good things about. There are blacksmiths
practically everywhere in the US. Blacksmiths are close cousins to
silversmiths and a good source for tools and ideas. Just remember
there are differences too.

Could you be more specific, Dan? When is the meet around Seattle?
Thanks.
