What can be done with 14/20 14kyg gold filled scrap wire and chain?

I like the idea of making jump rings from the GF scrap, but most of
mine is square wire of various gauges. Jump rings just tend to work a
wee bit better if they’re made from round. But on the other hand,
you’ve just given me some ideas for some links that just might work.
Any other ideas??

If the guage is small enough and if there’s enough of the wire, you
could twist it to make “wire beads” - basically a tube of the twisted
wire. Varying the tightness of the twist, these could be used to
string like regular beads, or again hung as drops (with a little
balled or flattened tail just to make things interesting).
