Has anyone ever heard of a stone called “gelsonite”. It is a
brownish/yellowish green and I was told that it was a type of garnet
from Russia. It isn’t demantoid,unless it’s a new name for lower
quality demantoid and it is not as sparkly as tzavorite.I would
really appreciate your help on this one. I have checked a lot of the
gemology websites earlier today with no luck. Thanks,
