Each type of wax has a slightly different melting point, but as far as I
have been able to determine, I start out with the rheostat turned to about
1/4 and check the consistency of the wax before getting to work. BTW, slush
ain’t all bad; I used a glass plate frame to create some flat sheets in
patterns for building on…

Really depends on the gun… Windings, length(how far the wax travels…etc…
