Blaine Lewis teaches this in his New Approach School, and has a
great video demonstrating how to do it. I don’t remember the cost of
the video, but it is really worth having in your inventory of ‘how
to’ videos and books. I have flush set for a while and really didn’t
know what I was doing until I took Blaine’s course. I’d recommend it
to anyone.
