Fireing Sterling with PMC

Pat W.

You must have been out shopping when I recommended CUPRONIL a week or
two ago. It serves as both firescale preventive and flux and does no
harm. Try it. No need for mixing, gathering assorted products at all.
It comes in a nice spray bottle too. Let us know you’re happy with
it.

Hi Pat H

You must have been out shopping when I recommended CUPRONIL a week
or two ago. It serves as both firescale preventive and flux and
does no harm. Try it. No need for mixing, gathering assorted
products at all. It comes in a nice spray bottle too. Let us know

I don’t always read every post, so may have missed yours.

One of the difficulties about being located in the UK (and I am sure
this is true for other countries too) is that very often the brand
names recommended by members of this list are simply unheard of here,
or plain unavailable. US Postal Regulations often prevent chemicals
from being shipped overseas, and the cost of doing so is frequently
uneconomic.

I always read with great interest postings that refer to the actual
chemical names as opposed to brand names, as in the recent
discussion about Citric Acid pickle, because the chemicals themselves
are more easily obtainable here. I am only able to obtain lump Liver
of Sulphur here by specifying its chemical name.

Unless someone out there knows of a UK supplier of Cupronil, I will
just have to keep looking!
