Hi Susan and other Fine Silver jewelers, I cast Fine Silver
frequently & with excellent results. It is true that it isn’t
appropriate for pieces that are thin or will get a lot of working.
However, using Fine for earrings, pendants, brooches and heavy rings
is viable and do-able. Many enamelists have used my services to cast
pieces that they can then enamel on. I can replicate fine detail.
Making use of vib finishing with good prep and ending with the mag
