Can someone please tell me how much distilled water to use with 500
grams of ferric nitrate crystals to etch silver. I know you add
the ferric nitrate to the water. I haven’t mixed it myself before
and can’t wait to set up my home etching system over spring break.
Someone told me to add 500 ml water to 500 grams of crystal, but I
want to verify this before I make a mistake. Thanks.
