I bought a flex shaft by Eurotool on Amazonfrom a seller, and the foot pedal went out after a short time. I contacted Eurotool and though time passed, they stood behind their product. They had me ship the flex shaft and pedal, tested it and replaced the foot pedal for free. Im super impressed. If you need a budget flexshaft, these are it and they can hold the hammer handpiece etc.
