You place your order through Donald…Donald can be a
tad bit confused about your order at times though.
Recently told me my order was irreparably lost when I
called to check on it. I placed a second order and you
guessed it, got double shipped. Donald couldn’t
remember it happening and had to be convinced that it
wasn’t my fault through invoice number and tracking. I
think they either have an unsophisticated system or

They are very nice, helpful people but are also not
computerized at all. If you are interested in recieving
the order soon you should use a credit card and call or
fax the order in…the check route has taken a month
for some people. When you place the order make sure
you state, and then restate it if you don’t want them
holding it for backordered item. I have had an order
held for weeks while they were waiting for a 1/2" scoop
to become available for a $250. order.
