I have wanted to try electroforming copper pieces for a long time. There were several artists that I talked to at a recent show who convinced me to give it a try. After searching the internet, I found Enchanted Leaves.
I had several email conversations with Nedda and eventually decided to buy her starter kit with a custom power supply. It arrived neatly packaged with lots of good instructions and I did my first piece a couple days ago. I am hooked and it is lots of fun. It also gives me something to do with all the lapidary material that I have that I know I will never get around to cutting. Enchanted Leaves and Nedda are one more example that I have come across recently of an artist starting a small niche company that is a joy to deal with…Rob
