Efficient shop layout

Hi all,

I am looking for a source, book, article, etc. that structures the
layout of a jewelry shop(repair and custom). ie: efficient layout for
polishing station, benches, sink etc. This is strictly the shop side
not the retail showcase stuff. Or if any body would like to share
some photos of their shop, that would be great!
