Durston Rolling Mills

Hi Jena & all, The difference of reduction is as follows: A rolling
mill with no reduction means that when you turn the handle round once
the rolls will go round once. However, a rolling mill with reduction
lets say 4-1 means that you will have to turn the handle 4 times for
the rolls to go round once and a reduction of 6-1 means you have to
turn the handle 6 times for the rolls to go round once. Etc etc.

It is a lot easier to roll out material with reduction and if I was
you I would try and buy the rolling mill with reduction as this is a
machine that you will have for a lifetime. However, some people still
prefer the rolling mill with no reduction if the work they are doing
is not that big or if they are only using it once a month. Let me
know if you need anymore Sara Durston www.durston.com
