In our store we had an 18X24" white board and we posted dues dates
on it for repairs, wax views, watches due, etc. It hung on a wall and
the shop changed the dates and the sales staff used those dates.
The store I just visited has been conversing with me for 7 months
before my visit and this was the system he installed. Although
EVEYONE can’t see it at once, I like it.
This piece of paper is 4x5" and it’s laminated. It’s taped to the
take in counter and he uses washable felt tip pen to mark the dates,
so it’s erasable daily.
