to well, they are not very serrated, i thought about scoring them
with a cutting disc or a saw blade, is that a good idea or can anyone
let me know another way. also rio grande used to sell a drawplate for
tubes 10-4mm i think it was but, they have stopped then now, does
anyone know a place that has them

Try Contenti and Frei-- I bought mine at one of them.

The Draw Tongs available off the shelf sprcialy the grey colored
ones are Indian and they?are soft they loose their grip as the teeth
wear out. You could score with a diamond disc but you need to harden
these. Best?and most economical way is to heat he jaws cherry red
with your torch and quench these in an oil bath. This way they will
last longer.

Not aware of the Draw Plate for Tubes 1-4mm. We use to sell one that
went from 2.2mm to 6mm a good quality Tungsten Carbide on that said
SRM30 on it. These are expensive $180.00 but had a excellent shine
of the material drawn. if you do not find these in UK let me know we
have these in stock.
