Diamond riffler files?

My college jewelry instructor has a set of diamond riffler files,
but can not recall her original source. I would like a set of these
very useful files, but have not been able to locate a source, Any
ideas? efw - - - thanks

There’s a mailorder small tool supply company that I use quite
frequently called Micro-Mark. They would probably have what your
looking for, in addition to lot’s of stuff you aren’t, but might be
in the future. You can visit their webpage at :
http://www.micromark.com or call them at 1-800-225-1066, and ask
for a catalog. I reccomend that anyone who hasn’t recieved any of
their catalogs yet, do this, they have lots of good stuff, (Like
Sherline lathes & Accessorys) And other goodies for “hands-on”
types like us.

Gesswein carries not only diamond rifflers but diamond needle,
escapement and micro files. The Spectras are available in two
grits and 5 shapes.

Hi EFW,

I saw some advertised recently at Western Tool (W.T.) at a
ridiculously low price. They didn’t state a grit, so I was a bit
skeptical about the quality. They have several locations around
the U.S. Let me know where you are and I can look at their
catalog to tell you if there’s one anywhere near you.
