I have heard a lot about which diamond certificate is best and which
is not. What is the real difference between GIA and HRD, GIA stones
are more $. Some reports claim HRD is inconsistent, is this true or
something spread by GIA dealers. HRD is the standard in Europe and
for most of the world. Confused please help.
