I currently have one bench available for monthly rental. Brand new
bench can be equipped for your private use with just a foredom flex
shaft and benchmate fixture or it can be fully equipped with quality
tools including hammers, pliers, anvils, abrasives, optivisor, etc,
etc, etc.
The qualified leasee will have 24/7 access to a beautifully
furnished and equipped metalsmithing studio and school in Takoma
Park, NW DC.
Studio tools include all benchmate, steamer, shear, ultrasonic,
multiple separate soldering stations with oxy-propane little torches,
an oxy-acetylyne little torch, forming tools, ring forming tools,
etc, etc.
All tools are of top quality, shop is air conditioned, well lit with
a comprehensive library and seating area. A modest tabletop photo
setup is available for your use as well.
All studio chemicals included. Leasee provides own materials, and
solder.
Studio is located in an artists cooperative, over 80 artists, and is
just one and a half blocks from the, Takoma Park metro on the red
line, free parking space is included.
