If you can find one in good condition, The old faithful PAPER cutter, the one with the arm (blade) that pivots from one end.
If you can’t find a older, used one, many office supply stores have
this type of paper cutter available in sizes from 12 x 12" (30 x 30
cm) - 36 x 36" (90 x 90 cm). The cost starts at about $25. They also
have a cutter that uses a small wheel in place of the blade to cut
the material. If it were me, I’d stay away from cutters using the
wheel.
