I have a client who wants to have an engagement ring made without
using a conflict diamond. I am not sure how one gets a diamond to be
guaranteed to be conflict free. Someone said to get a Canadian
diamond but I don’t know where you would go to obtain one. Does
someone know how to determine a diamond is conflict free or where to
get a diamond from Canada?
