Crack formed in 22kt gold bangle in enamel portion
As a Quality Assurance Officer, repeatedly myself facing Customer
Complain on this issue. Crack mostly formed in Gold surface where
it’s covered with Enamel or in the junction area in between Enamel
design and Gold part.
For your Metal is 22kt Yellow Gold in Tube Form(Bangle)
decorated with Enameling color. Metal sheet thickness 0.3 to 0.5 mm.
As per my observations, the crack looks like Natural Crack, no
sharpness or symptoms of outside pressure. Metal brittleness easily
visible on the crack edge and some enamel particles also present. If
required then I can send image for your reference.
