How do I create a rough, bubbly surface texture while copper electro forming a piece? Looking for advice on amps/voltage ranges and anything else to avoid a nice smooth, even copper plate.

If the deposit you’re getting is too smooth, turn up the voltage. All this is relative to the size of the piece, so I can’t give you a specific number.
