I’d appreciate hearing people’s experience and advice regarding the type of sheet wax that is pliable when warm and becomes carvable when it cools. Thanks!
Could you share a link to this? I have used the “tub” of wax that you can model under a heat lamp and then carve when cool. It’s ok- it has its place for me, but it’s a trade-off. It doesn’t carve very well. I tried to find a link for it but I bought it in person years ago at Metalliferous (RIP) and I’m not finding it when searching. Will get the exact name in my studio and see if I can find it online.
