I am about to spend five and a half weeks in Italy and would really
like to see some contemporary Italian art jewellery. Does anyone
know of any good galleries or studio jewellers I could visit? I will
be touring through Milan, the Amalfi Coast, the Puglia region,
Sicily, Sardinia and Rome.

You could meet award winning artist Marco Picciali. He is based in
Milan. If you go to the Klimt02 site and search under jewellers by
country, you’ll find many many more names. Many art jewellery
galleries too subscribe to Klimt. You should be able to find all
there.
