Hi,

The above book is currently out of print. Does anyone know where
I might find it? I have checked GIA Bookstore, Amazon.com, and
numerous other sources without any luck.

Interloc at http://daniel.interloc.com/ has the book for $27.50;
BTW, folks, this is a great place to look for out of print or
otherwise hard to find books. No connection, just a very
satisfied customer.
