Can anyone suggest ways of cleaning mixed minerals specimens?

There are many technques, acid and chemical washes, sand blasting,
high pressure water jet washes or trimming, mechanical trimming and
cleaning and, ultrasonic cleaning to mention a few. However
determining which one to use depends on the specific mineral
assemblage and what needs to be done, trimming, stain removal,
secondary mineral overgrowth removal. What minerals do you have and
