Hi iam looking for a certain chain. I thought it’d be simple enough but Iam coming up short. I’d like a cable style 18kt yellow gold and I don’t want the links to be flimsy. Iam looking for a nice thick solid link but no more than 1.6-1.8mm. any suggestions on chain companies that offer 18 kt? Thank you, Leanne

My go to is Royal chain. Leslies is now owned by Quality Gold. They might be another possibility.

Yah I’ve tried both of those companies. Very few offer 18kt heavy weight
link (probably due to cost). Thank you for the suggestion. Leanne

Most of the chains they carry are available in 18KY.

Check out Herco. They have an amazing selection. When we need to buy a heavier chain that’s where we go.

It is a bit more work to get samples and conduct business, but Schofer in Germany have a pretty amazing selection (style and material) of high quality chain. www.schofer.com
