Liban and Mitchell. Chapter 14 is all about Chains. They
illustrate and describe the necessary tools, and provide good
instructions for making the Bird’s Nest Chain, the Single
Loop-in-Loop, the Double Loop-in-loop, the quadruple
loop-in-loop, flat mesh chain, Sailor’s knot chain,
