While you are correct that Arnica is great for sprains, bruises,
etc. it should only be used topically, as a cream, and not when and
where the skin is broken as in a leg ulcer. It should not be taken
internally, except as a homeopathic remedy. Internal use may cause
dizziness, tremors or heart irregularities

Yes, you are right. I should have been more specific. I gave it to
her in homeopathic form. 6c’s a pill, two at a time, twice a day
actually. It was a great remedy.

I am lucky to have access to an apothecary in such a small city.
