I learned about silversmithing and gem cutting about 4 1/2 years ago from my friend Hans Durstling. I enjoy being creative with jewelry and stones. I would like to learn as much as I can about gemology, as I am very interested in making this as well as metalsmithing and lapidary arts a permanent part of my life and hopefully someday, my primary source of income.
