I would like to invite all to the Canadian Gem Conference 2000, to be
held in Vancouver ,British Columbia, Canada.The theme of the
conference will be “Diamonds”.The dates will be October 20,21,22,
2000. Gabi Tolkowsky will be our keynote speaker. We will also have
John Koivula form G.I.A., Richard Drucker of " The Guide", Alan
Hodgkinson from Scotland, Tom Beardmore-Gray of Debeers, Richard
Hughes of Pala International, Richard von Sternberg of EightStar
Daimond Cutters, Elise Misiorowski, Jewellery Historian, Tony De
Goutiere author of “Wonders Within Gemstones”, Greg Sherman & Branko
Deljanin of European Gemological Labs, Manfred Eickhorst of “Eickhorst
Gem Instruments”, just to name a few of the fabulous and interesting
speakers that will be coming from across the globe. Cost for the
conference is $399 Canadian funds, (approx. $269 US funds) which
includes a wine and cheese reception on October 20, all coffee breaks,
lunches on Saturday and Sunday, and a banquet on Saturday evening .
