Call for Artists:
elise mankes studio, a new fine art gallery in Marblehead, MA is
looking for submissions for its second show, Collections (or how the
things I collect end up in my artwork). 2-D, 3-D, sculptural, fine
crafts and experimental works are welcome. Submission deadline is
August 22nd. Show dates are September 15th-October 13th. Please
email @ehmankes with ‘Collections’ in subject box for
application and further details.
Holiday Fine Crafts Show - Looking for Fine Artisan Works, including
but not limited to handcrafted jewelry, accessories, textiles,
ceramics, woodwork, furniture, ornaments, cards, artist’s books,
hangags, scarves, anything gift oriented…creativity is the key!
This show will be more of a retail atmosphere than the usual gallery
format, where customers can walk away with their purchases. The
second weekend of the show is Marblehead’s Annual Christmas Walk,
where we will be prominently featured in the Chamber of Commerce’s
map, print advertising and website. Deadline for Submissions is
October 24th. Show dates are November 25th-December 24th. Please
