Cad/CAM

The point is to find a CAD system that looks comfortable to you.
Spend some serious time tiring to learn the system, and decide for
yourself. All I am saying is that for less than $1000.00, you can
have a very powerful tool on your workbench. Please do not tell
everyone that you have to be an engineer, computer wiz or train for
years to do CAD. Because that is simply not true. Why are the leading
Universities and the GIA incorporating CAD into their jewelry design
curriculum? To train people for something they’ll use 5 years from
now?
