Bubbles in steamer tubing

I have a client that said his steamer (don’t know what kind) tube
has large air bubbles in it when he comes to work in the am. No
leaks.

Any ideas why?

There is actually air entrained (?) (dissolved?) in the water which
separates out over time. I know that with large sealed hydronic
heating systems etc. one of the principle concerns is to separate
the air and get it removed from the circulating water due to the
contribution it makes to corrosion.
