There is a similar tool made by a fellow named Miland who makes
interesting pliers, etc specially for jewelry makers - his website

on the site, i tried it at Tucson -I forget the price, but you could
contact him. I bought one of his anti-clastic tools and another pair
of cylinder pliers. Seem great on my short acquaintance with them -
not cheap, but quality tools, so...
