I’ve been working with RTV Silicone molds and melting injection wax to go into these molds. I’m not using an actual wax injection machine since the mold is only one part. The model is about six inches long, and I need the wax to be hot enough so that it flows into all the crevices of the design but cool enough so that it doesn’t create air bubbles. So I guess my question is, what temperature should the wax be when I pour to create the best result? I know it’s kinda hard to gauge since usually people are using injection wax in a injection wax machine, but a rough estimate will help me out anyways.
