I was hoping those who had responded prior to Black Friday would
have followed up on how things were for them.
For me it was another turkey. Zip. Things are breaking loose now
though, a bit early. I hope that’s a good sign. Southwestern

I think its important when a purchase is made that you get excited by
it and convey that to the customer, make some special, personal
comment or something. Like today, when hubby was about to leave with
his mission accomplished, I said that I like to see my good
customers get what they ask for. Hopefully they will mention you to
their friends. Build momentum!

I think this is an important point. When a man comes in and orders
something custom made for his fiance or wife, I make it a point to
tell the man how special it is and how rare it is for men to take the
risk to do something like this, and this will be an important part of
the process, not only his commitment, but his involvement in
designing the piece. If I meet the woman, I point out how lucky she
is
to have a man who had a part is the creation of the piece, and I make
sure she knows, he designed it, I just made it.
