Well, Carla, I guess it could be confusing :wink: I googled “ball
chair” and came up with a pile of sites. Here is one
http://www.bodytrends.com/ballchar.htm I have no idea who they are,
but they do discuss a ball chair and why they think you should use
one!

My main experience has been with them in a therapy setting. Think
of a kickball and then put it on steroids - LOTS of steroids - and
you have a ball chair. Now Thomas apparently has one that came with
a back - I haven’t seen one of those! I think the ones I saw were
really just the big balls. They really do help strengthen your “core
muscle group” - abs/back/side muscles of your torso.
