how can i avoid the parting lines in the rubber molds?how can i cut

Hi Rio Grande has a great set of videos on rubber molds. But other
wise cut the mold on the edeges of the item so they won’t be as
easly seen.

Try heating the wax to 150-155 degrees and use a sterting air
pressure of approx 7-8 lbs. The smaller the model, the lower the
injection temp, and air pressure. Use my numbers as a guide only,
you’ll have to experiment untill you get the right mix for your
pattern.
