Appraisers in Denver area?

Hi Folks, Can anyone recommend an appraiser in the Denver area? I
received a request for help from someone who has a friend who
found a ring in her grandmother’s attic. It is (by her
description) a star sapphire with a gold nugget mounted nearby.
Her local jeweler gave her a market value that seemed high, and
she wants to find out for sure.

Hi Carol: First thing is to determine if the star sapphire is a
Lindey (which is manmade) or a real star, the real Usually don’t
have the perfect pinpoint star that the Lindey does. if it is the
Lindey I can explain to you how to determine the value, also I can
explain in detail regarding the lindeys etc.
