Hello Doug. No one seems to have mentioned the landlord and lease.
Around here, if you were to set up something like that, you could be
booted out - fast - especially if you also used flamables. Check
the fine print, or make inquiry. We wouldn’t want you homeless now!!
And good luck if you need a Plan B.
