You might want to try Sculpt Nouveau, Ron Young, at 760-432-8242
(San Diego). He’s a recognized sculptor/teacher that markets
dyes for stainless steel and other metals. I’m pleased with the
black finish that I use for oxidizing–I’m not sure if he has
chemicals for anodizing, however, he would be a great person to
