Hi All,
next spring ACAD (Home page | Alberta University of the Arts) will be
looking for a full time person to teach in the jewelry and metals
program. The ad will not be posted for some time, but what we are
looking for may be a bit hard to find, so I would like to spread the
word.
We will be looking for someone who has a masters degree. And five
years industry experience. They should know how to operate in
academia, and especially be able to write, to put together
proposals, reports, planning documents. And they have to know how to
teach jewelry making, with all it’s technical aspects. With skill.
That industry experience is essential for us too. Note the ad is not
our yet. This is a heads up that we will be looking for someone
special.
So, pass the word, We are looking for a rare bird.
