5000 Years of Jewelry exhibit

Hi all,

For those of you heading to Nashville for the Clasp event, there is
a great exhibit starting this weekend if you can make time for it.
5000 Years of Jewelry is opening September 15th at the Frist Center
for the Visual Arts. It is running till January 14th 2007. The Frist
is right on Broadway in downtown Nashville in a beautiful art deco
building that used to be our downtown post office. Also currently on
exhibit is the Treasures of Egypt till October 8th.

The “Quest for Immortality” exhibit is superb. I first saw it in
Milwaukee in 2005, and then flew to Denver in fall 2005 to spend
three days with the exhibit out there. The items are unique and
superb, I highly recommend the exhibit for those who may be able to
get over to see it.
