For Sale: New, unopened, sealed in plastic: “Calder Jewelry” soft
cover book. This gorgeous and inspiring book was edited by
Alexander S.C. Rower and published by The Calder Foundation, New
York in 2007. It is now out of print. With 252 ills. (193 col. ) and
288 reference ills. It is the book that accompanies the First
Exhibition of Alexander Calder’s jewelry. 12" X 9 3/4" and almost 2"
thick.
The book shows color photos of Calder’s jewelry work: necklaces,
bracelets, earrings, hair adornments and huge chest/shoulder
adornments. There is a great biography of Calder and many of his
