Hi, I'm a thirty-something year old former accountant trying to start a new career as an artist for health reasons. My dream is to design and sell medical alert jewelry that is more "jewelry" than the typical army dog-tag style stuff that is currently out there - something I (& hopefully others) would want wear with an evening or cocktail dress instead of burying the bracelet in the bottom of the jewelry box. I've polled a number of Emergency personnel, and it seems that the current trend of making medical charms smaller also makes them less functional.
