I have been an artisan jeweler for 22 years. Before that jewelry was a hobby - mostly beads and such. I enjoyed some success in the late 80's and early 90's, but the move to imports has hurt my business - I am neither a fine jeweler nor do I produce "high art jewelry", just fun and affordable mixed metal and stone jewelry.
